Hydraulic System Visual Inspection Notes

Hydraulic condition affects machine movement and production stability, but hydraulic inspection must be handled carefully. This note focuses on visible signs and support information. It does not instruct operators to open, adjust, or service hydraulic components.

If the site team sees a serious leak, abnormal pressure condition, or unsafe movement, stop and follow site safety procedure.

Visible Signs to Record

From a safe position, record:

• Visible oil marks on the floor, frame, hoses, fittings, or nearby surfaces.
• New smell, smoke, heat sign, or unusual sound.
• Hose cover damage, unsupported hose movement, or fitting area residue.
• Controller alarm or warning related to hydraulic condition.
• Movement changes during clamping, injection, table movement, or other hydraulic actions.
• Whether the issue appears immediately at startup or after the machine runs for some time.

Use photos only after the area is safe. Do not put hands near suspected leakage points.

Production Context

Hydraulic symptoms are easier to discuss when support knows the production context:

• Machine model and current mold.
• Program name.
• Material and product.
• Cycle step where the issue appears.
• Recent maintenance, mold change, or parameter change.
• Whether the symptom affects part quality, machine movement, or both.

For example, a movement delay after a mold change may need a different review path from a visible oil mark found during daily inspection.

What Not to Assume

Do not assume that every abnormal sound is hydraulic. The source may be mechanical movement, fixture condition, auxiliary equipment, or sequence timing. Do not assume that every part defect is caused by hydraulic condition either. Keep the record descriptive.

When to Contact Deboge

Contact Deboge when hydraulic signs are repeated, unclear, or connected with alarms, movement changes, or safety concerns. Send controller screenshots, safe photos, maintenance record, and a short description of when the sign appears.
