Two-Color Clips Production by Double Color Machine | DEBOGE Automation Solution

This video shows DEBOGE double color machine producing two-color clips with stable operation and precise molding/processing performance. The machine is designed for products that require two-color production, consistent positioning, and reliable output in mass manufacturing. It is suitable for plastic clips, two-color plastic accessories, small consumer parts, hardware accessories, and customized plastic product applications. The double color design helps manufacturers improve product appearance, reduce secondary processing, and increase production efficiency. DEBOGE can customize automation machines according to your product samples, mold requirements, production process, and capacity needs. We provide solutions for feeding, positioning, molding, pressing, assembly, and related automatic production processes. What to Watch For

Watch the sequence, not only the finished result. Look at how the operator or automation approaches the machine, how the part or insert is positioned, where movement is constrained, and which steps happen before and after the main machine action.

If the clip shows a molding machine, also check mold access, loading position, table movement, injection direction, part removal, guarding, and visible automation boundaries. If it shows a supporting production line, use it to discuss how much of the workflow should be handled by the machine and how much should remain outside the molding cell.

Questions to Prepare After Watching

  • What molded part, insert, or material behavior looks closest to your project?
  • Does the workflow require fixed platen, slide table, rotary table, or a customized loading method?
  • Which details still need engineering confirmation, such as mold structure, cavity count, heating, cooling, or automation?

When the Video Is Only a Reference

A video can help both sides discuss the same movement or workflow, but it is not a final machine selection by itself. Product drawings, material information, mold concept, cavity count, loading method, and target output are still needed before Deboge can review a configuration path.

If the video is close to your application, share the video link with your product details when contacting Deboge. It helps both sides discuss the same machine movement, process sequence, or automation reference.

Need a Video Closer to Your Application?

Send your molded product, material, mold concept, and target workflow. Deboge can share relevant video references or prepare project-specific movement notes for discussion.
