Bottle Opener Processing by Rotary Machine | DEBOGE Automatic Manufacturing Solution

This video shows DEBOGE rotary machine working on bottle opener production. The rotary table design helps improve production efficiency, keeps the processing position stable, and supports continuous operation for small metal parts and hardware accessories. The machine is suitable for bottle opener processing, hardware accessory assembly, automatic feeding, positioning, pressing, and related customized production applications. DEBOGE can provide tailored automation solutions according to different product shapes, materials, and production requirements. With stable machine structure, accurate positioning, and efficient rotary operation, this type of equipment is widely used for manufacturers who need to increase output, reduce manual labor, and improve consistency in mass production. What to Watch For

Watch the sequence, not only the finished result. Look at how the operator or automation approaches the machine, how the part or insert is positioned, where movement is constrained, and which steps happen before and after the main machine action.

If the clip shows a molding machine, also check mold access, loading position, table movement, injection direction, part removal, guarding, and visible automation boundaries. If it shows a supporting production line, use it to discuss how much of the workflow should be handled by the machine and how much should remain outside the molding cell.

Questions to Prepare After Watching

  • What molded part, insert, or material behavior looks closest to your project?
  • Does the workflow require fixed platen, slide table, rotary table, or a customized loading method?
  • Which details still need engineering confirmation, such as mold structure, cavity count, heating, cooling, or automation?

When the Video Is Only a Reference

A video can help both sides discuss the same movement or workflow, but it is not a final machine selection by itself. Product drawings, material information, mold concept, cavity count, loading method, and target output are still needed before Deboge can review a configuration path.

If the video is close to your application, share the video link with your product details when contacting Deboge. It helps both sides discuss the same machine movement, process sequence, or automation reference.

Need a Video Closer to Your Application?

Send your molded product, material, mold concept, and target workflow. Deboge can share relevant video references or prepare project-specific movement notes for discussion.
